’Arts in the public space’ workshops in Brest : pictures from the students’ experimentations

Dive back into the fantastic 3 days of workshops in which 60 French and UK students took part in Brest, experiencing ideas on the topic ’Arts in the city : a political meaning’. The workshops were led by :

• Visual artist Stefan Shankland
• Choreographer Maresa Von Stockert
• Artistic Director Charlie Windelschmidt

These workshops were part of the seminar ’Arts in the city : a political meaning’, organised by UBO (Brest University), Geoarchitecture Institute, Brest Fine arts school (EESAB) and Le Fourneau-National Creation centre for outdoor arts, as part of the festival DañsFabrik festival (17th-22nd March 2014).
