If you have received an invitation to fill in this form, it is because you or your company took part in at least one of the events* of the ZEPA 2 project (European Zone of Artistic Projects - phase 2) - this project aims at developing outdoor arts in the south of England and the North-West of France.

ZEPA 2 started in April 2013 and will end in December 2014. As the project is coming to an end, we would like to ask all arts companies who have contributed to this adventure to tell us about their experience.

This form should not take more than 5 minutes to fill in.
