Fish and Chips # 4 - Singing in the rain...

The fourth edition of the winter outdoor festival ’with English sauce’ held at Atelier 231 braved wind and weather to offer the audience a wide range of walkabouts and shows, as well amazing installations led by Les Plastiqueurs director Fabrice Deperrois, who supervised the work developed by students from Rouen Fine Arts school and University of Winchester. And all this, for free. Et alors?
