Université de Rouen and Atelier 231 launch joint ZEPA 2 actions

On Monday 30th September at 5pm at the Maison de l’Université, Atelier 231 and the Université de Rouen are pleased to present the actions they will jointly develop for the coming year on the Norman territory as part of the ZEPA 2 project.

For the 2013-2014 academic year, outdoor arts will have a significant place at the campus! The Université de Rouen and Atelier 231 National Centre for Outdoor arts continue their partnership and implement new sessions aimed at the students: artistic workshops led by UK artists, cross-border conference, seminar, outdoor arts week at the Maison de l’Université (the performing arts venue based at the university)...there is a packed programme, covering all aspects of life on the campus.

Over the last few years, the Université de Rouen and Atelier 231 have worked together to create innovative projects for students: course sessions delivered by Daniel Andrieu, Atelier 231 Director, at the faculty for Cultural studies, work placements for students and the publication of a book by University lecturers-researchers: Un festival sous le regard de ses spectateurs, Vivacité, le public est dans la rue. The presentation will also be an opportunity for Atelier 231 to launch their Anglo-French collaboration projects that the National Centre for Outdoor arts will be implementing in the local and regional area.
