Winchester during Hat Fair 2013

Last week-end, the first Fête Franglais took place in Winchester, during the 39th edition of the Hat Fair festival. The cathedral outer square and the city’s streets were packed with hatters, among which some of the ZEPA 2 partners who confronted the new coming summer heat to attend this event and, of course, enjoy the whole of the festival.

This first Fête Franglais announces the next, which will take place in Norfolk, in Holt and in Thetford, on the 20th and 21st July.
