Being involved in making the decorations for the Christmas market is rather unusual!
But this is exactly what is happening at le Fourneau this week, where Irish company Bui Bolg, specialised in large scale installations in the public space, will be creating the props for the Xmas market in Brest with staff from Brest Council Technical services, young unemployed from local organisation Don Bosco and several volunteers.
The only thing we can reveal now is that they will be making and installing the XXXXL version of the red costum of a certain white bearded-old man...but shhhhhsh! come and see by yourself at the opening of the Xmas market Place de la Liberté in Brest on 29th November 2013!
